   To participants2010 HELCOM Ministerial meeting! 18-20 May, 2010 Venue: Moscow, Baltschug-Kempinski Hotel According to the Order of the Government of Russia from the 14th of December, 2009 No 1922-p the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation will carry out the HELCOM Ministerial meeting within the chairmanship of the Russian Federation in the Baltic Sea Environmental Protection Commission (HELCOM) in Moscow on 18-20 May, 2010. The Meeting intends to focus on countries’ presentations of National Programmes on the implementation of the HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan for achieving good environmental status of the Baltic Sea. Within the framework of the Ministerial Meeting the first ever Stakeholders Conference (“Baltic Cities Summit”) with take place on May, 18 with participation of high level representatives of the HELCOM Member States, Mayors of the Baltic cities, international financial institutions, heads of the major Baltic ports, shipping and cruise companies.
