1. To carry out on18-20 May, 2010 in Moscow the Ministerial meeting of the Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission, established under Convention on the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Baltic Sea Area, 1974.
2. For the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation to ensure the organization of the Meeting, referred to in paragraph 1 of this Order.
3. All the costs associated with the Meeting referred to in paragraph 1 of this Order to be covered by the budget funds provided for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in 2010 Federal budget for management in the sphere of stipulated functions.
